WATG Dhoom Dham Talent Show 2018 Registrations are Open !!!

REGISTRATIONS ARE OPEN FOR DHOOM DHAM TALENT SHOW 2018
We are in almost end of the year and as always our giving event is coming soon on Dec 9th.

WATG charity’s primary objective is to support under privileged kids. Every year we conducts annual talent show to raise funds to support WATG HOPE and SCHOLAR charity programs. Participation in Talent show is open to the entire Indian community (no language restrictions to participate).

Event Date & Time: Dec 9th Sunday 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Venue: Newport High School, 4333 Factoria Blvd SE, Bellevue, WA 98006

Last date for registrations: Nov 20th 2018

Participation Categories 

Dance

  • Dance – Classical Dance
  • Dance – Folk/Non-Film/Film Dance

Singing

  • Vocal – Classical
  • Vocal – Folk/Film/Non-Film Vocal

Participation Age Groups  

  • Sub-junior – up to 7 years
  • Junior – Age 8 – 12 years
  • Teen – Age 13 – 18 years
  • Adult Group – Age 19 years and above

          *In a group participation it is ok to have less than 50% of the participants belonging to higher or lower ages.

Participation Type

  • Group – Minimum 3 Participants
  • Solo – First Priority is given to adult solo performances.

Participation Fees (Includes event admission)

  • $15.00 for each individual participant within a group of 3 or more
  • $40.00 for each individual participant in Solo.

Music Selection

  • All the entries and song selections are first come first serve basis.
  • Song duration has to be under 5 minutes
  • No duplication of songs is allowed
  • Bring your own audio. It must be of good quality and in MP3 or .WAV format. All audio files must be submitted at least one week before the event date.

Participation

  • A participant can participate only once in each category
  • Junior participants may perform in teen or adult groups
  • Winners in each category will receive trophies. 
  • All participants will receive medal/certificate/trophy as a token of appreciation

Judging

  • A panel of six to eight judges will be scoring the performance. 
  • Score is based on different criteria like dance moves, style, costume &group synchronization.
  • Vocal performances are judged based on vocal strength, pitch, tone and melody for song performances.
  • Judge’s decision is final.
