"Akshay Sharma's second book soared to immense popularity from the moment of its release on February 27, 2024. With launches in Chennai and Bangalore, he personally connected with over 4,000 people in just three months, igniting widespread acclaim not only across India but also internationally. He was appreciated by the people of Brazil for his support for the flood victims when one of his friends, Junior Schmidt, contacted him for prayers for his house and family as they were flooded and in a terrible state. Akshay showed solidarity and stood at the rough time, which is a peace-making movement.

However, the pinnacle of his success came when his book graced the screens of Times Square, New York, marking a monumental achievement in his career. Times Square screened "A Writer on a Mission - The Rise of Astraavan" and Akshay himself in the biggest arena. Akshay attributes this milestone to the dedicated efforts of Aman Dubey and Palak Sharma, whose visit to Times Square ensured captivating coverage and imagery. Akshay's childhood brother-like friend Aman hails from Coimbatore, and they both have been thick friends since then, showcasing the power of friendship. And Palak being the biggest supporter of literature.

Hailing from Coimbatore, Akshay's influence spans globally, not only through his writing but also his entrepreneurial ventures such as Mark Fly Publishers, Coimbatore Literary Awards, and the Coimbatore Literary Festival. Additionally, his foray into Tamil cinema, notably in 'Pathu Thala,' and his upcoming film 'Bhai Sleeper Cell' further cement his multifaceted success. With pride, Akshay declares, 'I don't need to travel far; from Coimbatore, my work can travel the world.'"
