I hope Jathara achieves great success and brings in good profits: Shiva Balaji

Sathish Babu Ratakonda is the hero and also the director for the upcoming flick Jathara. Deeya Raj plays the heroine. The film is produced by Radhakrishna Reddy and Shiva Shankar Reddy under the Radha Krishna Production banner in collaboration with MovieTech LLC, presented by Galla Manjunath. The film has been made with a fresh, intense storyline that hasn't been touched by anyone before. Set against the backdrop of Chittoor district, the movie is set to release in theatres on the 8th of this month. The pre-release event for Jathara was held on Monday.

*While speaking at the event, Sathish Babu shared,* “I wrote this story based on real-life events. When I pitched the idea to the producers, they liked it a lot. I penned the story in 2016, but due to the pandemic, we had to take some time before finally completing Jathara. The film shows the village customs, the rituals, and the incidents that occur in the village. The producers stood by me like a backbone throughout the process. This is my first film both as an actor and a director. A big thanks to cameraman Prasad for delivering the visuals and frames I asked for. Special thanks to RK Naidu for showcasing the emotions of ten characters through a single role. Deeya Raj will surely win the hearts of the audience. I thank everyone who worked on the film.
