Samyuktha’s Female Centric Action Thriller With Yogesh KMC
Tollywood’s lucky charm Samyuktha who is part of several blockbusters is doing a female centric movie for the first time. Yogesh KMC will be directing the movie which will be produced by successful producer Razesh Danda who produced sensational hits like Samajavaragamana and Ooru Peru Bhairavakona. The production No 6 of Hasya Movies will be produced, in association with Maganti Pictures. Samyuktha also presents the movie which was launched grandly today with a pooja ceremony in Ramanaidu Studios in the presence of several special guests.
Venky Kudumula and Kona Venkat handed over the script to the makers to begin the proceedings. While Rana Daggubati sounded the clapboard on actress Samyuktha, Dil Raju switched on the camera. Directors Vassishta and Ram Abbaraju directed the first shot. The event was also attended by Suresh Babu, Gemini Kiran, Sahu Garapati, Chukkapalli Avinash, etc.
Producer Razesh Danda said, “I want to express my gratitude to the media for joining us today. A miracle has unfolded with our production No. 6. Samyuktha approved the script in a single sitting, and we held the opening the very next day. It’s an incredibly exciting script, and we were committed to making this movie only if Samyuktha approves it. This film is a commercial action thriller, and we’ll share more details during the teaser launch.”
Director Yogesh KMC said, “Razesh Danda and Samyuktha are integral to this story and film. Once the story was locked, their involvement became essential. I’m grateful to Samyuktha for her immediate acceptance of the role. Her enthusiasm is evident, as she is presenting the movie herself. Razesh was determined to work with a talented performer like Samyuktha. It truly feels like a blessing, and we’ll discuss more during the teaser launch.”
Samyuktha said, “Thanks to all. This movie feels like a miracle. A couple of months ago, while I was busy with shoots, I was invited to hear a script. I wanted to listen to it when I had a relaxed day. I finally heard the story couple of days ago, and it was spectacular. The attention to detail was incredible. I prefer not to label it a female-centric movie. It’s a compelling story with a strong female lead. I’m open to doing female-centric films, but I’ve often wondered why we can’t tell a normal story in a unique way. This narrative could easily accommodate a male protagonist as well. I owe much of my success in Telugu cinema to my manager, Karthik.
Currently, I’m shooting five films, but I felt an inner urge for a project that would give me an adrenaline rush. When I heard this script, I knew I had to say yes. I couldn’t resist. It felt like destiny to find such a project with a producer who believes in it. As I listened to the story, vivid scenes ran through my mind. I can’t wait to start this project. We have about 2-3 months before filming begins, and I’m eager for the preparations and production work ahead. From the biggest actors, I’ve learned that the script is everything for an actor. I feel overwhelmed to play this character on screen. There is so much of social and female politics in the script. When you want to bring down the negativity, you don’t always have to use the man power or physicality. There’s a woman way of bringing an entire thing down, in her own way. The story is about how she does it.”
Director Yogesh KMC penned a powerful story and it’s a new point in thriller genre. The director will be presenting Samyuktha in a dynamic character. The actress will be seen performing some breathtaking stunts in the movie.
This untitled movie will be mounted prestigiously on a high budget with top-notch technical and production standards. While Brahma Kadali is the art director, Chota K Prasad takes care of editing.
