TFCC Press Note on Sexual Harassment by a Choreographer

A complaint of sexual harassment by a choreographer who is a member of the Telugu Film and TV Dancers and Dance Directors Association was given to the Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce and referred to the Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce Sexual Harassment Redressal Panel. An Internal Grievance Committee will be convened and the inquiry will proceed as per the guidelines of the POSH Act, 2013.
We know that the accused party has filed a complaint in the police department and registered an FIR.

We request all media organizations, print media/ digital media/ electronic media to protect the privacy of the concerned parties.

Once again we request all of you not to use uncovered photographs and videos of the concerned persons and if any are used, remove them immediately until this matter is resolved as per the Supreme Court guidelines.
