TANA Chaitanya Sravanti in Tadikalapudi, Eluru
Overwhelming and privileged to participate in the successful Mega Chaitanya Sravanthi event organtized, sponsored and coordinated by Dr. Sudhakar Korrapati garu, past TANA Regional coordinator for Appalachian region.
Highlights:
1. Cancer screening camp in association with Grace Cancer Foundation
2. Eye screening camp in association with Battineni Foundation
3. ENT screening camp as a part of Arunya
4. TANA Cheyuta scholarships and Laptop presentations to poor students
5. TANA Raitu Kosam program to present power sprayers and safety kits to farmers
6. Scientefic student motivational program to young students Over 2000 people got benefited from this camp. 10 poor students were given scholarships of Rs 25,000 each, 5 farmers got benefited with power sprayers and one engineering student was presented with a laptop.
Over 2000 people got screened for Cancer, ENT, Eyes, Cardiology, Pulmonology, Gynic, Urology and various general health checks. Medicines worth of over 5 lakhs were distributed. 375 people ECG and 210 Echo tests were performed in Cardiology. A special student scientific program was organised to motivate young students. All the participants for the camp were served with a good meal.
