YS Jagan Praja Sankalpa Yatra Day 51

YS Jagan Mohan Reddy begins his Prajasankalpa Yatra by interacting with representatives of AYUSH NRHM Para Medical Employee Association of Andhra Pradesh at Chinthaparthi village, Pileru constituency.  

They complained to opposition leader that they have not been getting salary since 2 years. They have been appointed as para medical employees but since there is no doctor to operationalise the AYUSH treatment, their salaries have not been paid. They further informed YS Jagan that the government is not taking up any steps to fill up the vacant posts of AYUSH doctors in the state.   

The members of AYUSH NRHM Para Medical Employee Association requested YS Jagan Mohan Reddy to fill the vacancies of AYUSH doctors and ensure the support staffs get salaries.  

YS Jagan Mohan Reddy criticised Chandra Babu Naidu for not filling the vacancies of AYUSH doctors and assured them that YSRCP would solve the issue on priority once it forms the government

YS Jagan Mohan Reddy visited the house of Chintala Prarthava Reddy who passed away last night. The opposition leader met his children Karthik and Jayasruthi who narrated their grief after the demise of their father. 

YS Jagan Mohan Reddy listened patiently to the grieving family and consoled them. It was brought to YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's notice that their father was a great fan of late CM Dr. YS Rajashekhar Reddy and recalled benefits of his governance. 

Deeply saddened by the news of their loss, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy expressed his heartfelt condolences. The opposition leader also promised jobs for Karthik and Jayasruthi once he forms the government.

Representatives of Universities Teachers Association (contract) Andhra Pradesh (UTACAP) met YS Jagan Mohan Reddy near JNTU college in Kalirikiri, Pileru constituency. Assistant professors of JNTU university college, Kalikiri submitted a memorandum regarding the issues faced by 1500 contract professors in 14 universities of Andhra Pradesh. They requested the opposition leader to look into their demands which include job security, equal pay for equal work and regularisation of service. YS Jagan Mohan Reddy assured them he will look into it and reiterated his stand on conducting a comprehensive study across departments and institutions to solve the issues of regularisation of employees.
