YS Jagan Mohan Reddy begins his padayatra by interacting with contract employees of AP Tourism Department near Godkavaripalli village, Punganuru constituency. 

It was brought to the notice of the opposition leader that CM Chandra Babu Naidu cheated all the contract employees by not fulfilling his promise of regularising the contract employees. 1060 contract employees have been working in Tourism department. 

They urged YS Jagan Mohan Reddy to implement the Supreme court's ruling on " Equal pay for Equal work" and regularise their jobs.  

YS Jagan Mohan Reddy assured that he would implement "Equal pay for Equal work " and also conduct a comprehensive study across departments to solve the issues of regularisation of employees in the state.

YSRCP Chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy detours his padayatra and visited a famer's house in Srinivasapuram Village, Punganuru Constituency. 

The opposition leader met N Srinivasulu Reddy, a dairy farmer who owns 3 cows. Srinivasula Reddy told that one litre of milk is being sold for Rs 22 and a cow gives 8 litres of milk everyday.  He earns Rs 6000 per month through a cow.  However,  the expenditure for the cow which include food, maintenance and labour charges is almost Rs 6000 and there is no profit in milk trading.

YS Jagan Mohan Reddy assured that, once YSRCP forms the govt. he would give an incentive of Rs 4 per litre of milk.
